Job Description:

Must Attend F2F on 5th Sep 2026 (Saturday) Location- Chennai.

Must-Have: ISC platform configuration & administration

Workflow development & automation

Extensibility, APIs, and custom logic

Handson experience with identity governance projects

Experience with cloud-based SaaS IAM systems

Positive-to-Have : Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder

management skills.

Perform as the developer for SailPoint ISC solutions across the enterprise.

 Lead design, development, and deployment of identity lifecycle workflows, access

certifications, policies, and connector configurations.

 Experienced with core Java or BeanShell scripting for SailPoint development.

 Work on SailPoint ISC development requirements for identity-related solutions.





 Integrate SailPoint ISC with various systems (SAP HR, AD, Webservice

Connector, IBM i Connector, JDBC Connector, cloud services, and SaaS Apps).

 Develop and maintain custom connectors and rules using SailPoint's ISC

framework.

 Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across teams.

 Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal

policies.

 Document architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.

 Participate in incident response and resolve identity management-related issues.
