About the Opportunity
A rapidly expanding healthcare provider in India’s private women’s health sector, we deliver patient-first, evidence-based gynaecological care across urban and semi-urban clinics. Our team of specialists focuses on preventive, diagnostic, and surgical excellence—including high-risk pregnancy management, minimally invasive procedures, and reproductive health services—backed by modern diagnostics and digital health tools for seamless continuity of care.

Role & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient gynaecological consultations, including prenatal, postnatal, and menopausal care.
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as Pap smears, colposcopies, hysteroscopies, and D&Cs; within clinical protocols.
Manage high-risk pregnancies, coordinate with obstetricians, and lead emergency obstetric interventions as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including oncologists, endocrinologists, and fertility specialists—to deliver holistic patient care.




Maintain accurate digital patient records and adhere to clinical governance, safety, and hygiene standards.
Participate in health outreach, patient education sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate clinical outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
MBBS
DNB/MD/DM in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
NMC Registration
ACLS Certified
Proficient in minimally invasive gynaecological procedures
Experience with ultrasound-guided interventions
EMR/EHR system proficiency
Knowledge of NABH/ NQAS clinical standards

Preferred
Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine or Gynaecological Oncology
Experience with laparoscopic or robotic surgery
Training in patient-centric communication protocols
