Role & Responsibilities
Source, engage, and qualify top-tier candidates across tech and non-tech verticals using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles—from role scoping and stakeholder alignment to offer negotiation and onboarding handoff.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles using proactive outreach, market mapping, and candidate relationship management.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and design structured interview processes.
Design and implement data-driven recruitment strategies to reduce time-to-fill, improve quality-of-hire, and optimize cost-per-hire.
Represent Evarastaffing at campus drives, industry events, and virtual career fairs to strengthen employer branding and talent capture.
