Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher who can create a secure, engaging, and stimulating learning setting for young children. The candidate should have a strong understanding of early childhood education and be able to make learning enjoyable through play-based and activity-based teaching.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities for pre-primary students.
Use play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning methods.
Develop children's language, communication, motor, social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
Conduct storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, music, dance, and other creative activities.
Maintain a warm, protected, and nurturing classroom environment.
Monitor students' learning, development, behaviour, and overall progress.
Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, worksheets, and learning resources.




Encourage positive behaviour, good habits, sharing, and teamwork among students.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
Maintain proper classroom records and documentation.
Participate in school events, celebrations, activities, and other academic responsibilities.
Collaborate with colleagues to support the overall development of students.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; ECCEd / NTT / D.El.Ed. qualification preferred.
Prior experience in teaching Pre-Primary / Nursery / KG students will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong classroom management skills.
Creative, patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach towards young learners.
Ability to use innovative and interactive teaching methods.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital teaching tools will be an advantage
