About the Opportunity
A rapid-scaling tech firm in the Enterprise Software Testing & QA Automation space, we build and maintain mission-critical test frameworks for global clients across BFSI, telecom, and healthcare. Our team delivers zero-defect releases through intelligent automation, leveraging modern tools like TestComplete to validate complex desktop, web, and mobile applications at enterprise scale.

Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using TestComplete for web, desktop, and mobile applications.
Integrate TestComplete with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback cycles.
Collaborate with QA leads and developers to translate manual test cases into reusable, scalable automation suites.
Diagnose and resolve test script failures, optimize execution speed, and improve test stability across environments.




Build custom test utilities and wrappers in Python to extend TestComplete’s core capabilities and enhance reporting.
Document test frameworks, automation standards, and best practices to upskill junior team members and ensure knowledge continuity.
