Job Summary
Responsible for managing shift-level injection molding production, manpower, machine utilization, quality, and coordination with support functions to achieve production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day shift production operations for injection molding.
Achieve daily and weekly production targets as per plan.
Optimize manpower allocation across machines and production lines.
Monitor machine utilization, cycle time, output, and downtime.
Ensure smooth machine changeovers and minimize production losses.
Monitor in-process quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with Quality and other support teams to resolve production issues.
Monitor rejection, rework, and process-related defects.
Maintain shift-wise production records and prepare handover reports.
Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, SOPs, and shop-floor discipline.
