Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive BIM implementation strategy for the organization, outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements to achieve successful adoption of BIM processes.
Provide BIM training and support to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to work effectively with BIM tools and processes.
Utilize BIM data to analyze project performance,



identify areas for improvement, and provide insights for better decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Engage with clients and other external stakeholders to communicate the perks of BIM and demonstrate the added value it brings to projects.
End-to-end project coordination.
Maintain relationships with clients and manage a small sales team to add more clients.

Qualifications:
B.tech/Diploma in Electrical Stream
Proven track record of success in BIM Engineer roles.
Excellent knowledge of relevant software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
