Designation : Manager - ADDR Role Purpose

Lead and support the research, development, and optimization of advanced delivery systems for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical/food applications. The role focuses on improving product stability, bioavailability, controlled release, targeted delivery, sensory compatibility, and regulatory compliance through scientific innovation and formulation development.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop advanced delivery systems such as controlled release, sustained release, targeted delivery, microencapsulation, nanoformulations, liposomal systems, and functional ingredient delivery platforms.
Conduct formulation research for pharmaceutical products, nutraceuticals, and food-grade actives to enhance efficacy, stability, and consumer/patient acceptability.
Evaluate raw materials, excipients, polymers, coating systems, encapsulation technologies, and processing methods.
Perform pre-formulation,



compatibility studies, stability studies, and prototype development.
Support scale-up, technology transfer, and process optimization in coordination with production and quality teams.
Generate technical documentation, development reports, SOPs, protocols, and scientific presentations.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, quality, and food/pharma guidelines.

Preferred Qualification & Exeperience : Ph.D - M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics with 10+ years of relevent experience.
