Position: UI/UX Designer

Location: Remote (Noida/Pune Locals Preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to design a contemporary, intuitive, and enterprise-grade AI Interviewing Platform.

You will work closely with the founder and development team to design user experiences for recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and enterprise administrators.

Responsibilities
Design complete user journeys and workflows for the AI interviewing platform
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Design recruiter dashboards, candidate interview screens, reports, and admin panels
Build a consistent design system and reusable UI components
Ensure excellent usability across desktop and responsive web
Simplify complex AI features into intuitive user experiences




Collaborate closely with React developers during implementation
Review implemented screens and maintain design consistency

Required Skills
Figma
Wireframing and prototyping
SaaS / enterprise dashboard design
Responsive web design
Design systems
User journey and workflow design
Strong understanding of up-to-date UI/UX principles

Experience
3–6 years of UI/UX Design experience
Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, HRTech, AI, or B2B products preferred
Solid portfolio showcasing dashboards and web applications
