We're looking for enthusiastic and career-driven fresh graduates to join our team as Junior Business Development Associates. You'll connect with prospective learners, understand their career goals, counsel them on suitable programs, and drive enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
Understand learner goals and recommend suitable programs.
Conduct counselling, follow-ups, and convert leads into enrolments.
Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
Achieve daily and monthly sales, revenue, and collection targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for learner onboarding.

Compensation And Perks
During 3-Month Probation: ₹18,000/month take-home
Post-Probation: Up to ₹8 LPA
Fixed: ₹4 LPA
Variable: Up to ₹4 LPA based on performance
