Solar Project Coordinator (80 Mega Watt Projects)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the installation and commissioning of solar pumps, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Handle service calls and resolve complaints within one week to maintain customer satisfaction.
Manage the existing team effectively while incorporating current members to enhance performance.
Liaise with government bodies and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
Manage stock levels and warehouse operations to ensure availability of necessary materials.
Conduct marketing activities related to the project to promote solar pump solutions.




Must possess a personal bike/vehicle for travel to various project sites.

Additional Responsibilities:
Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring all projects are completed within scope and budget constraints.
Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements and challenges.
Foster a team-oriented work environment to encourage innovation and efficiency within the team.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in solar technology to enhance project offerings.
