Ionixx is building a next-generation product for the NBFC market. We're looking for an energetic Technical Team Lead who takes ownership of technical design and day-to-day execution and delivery.
Responsibilities
Own technical design and architecture of product features.
Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
Lead and mentor a 5-member backend and frontend team.
Take end-to-end responsibility for execution and delivery.
Support presales through technical demos for prospective clients.
Requirements
8 to 10 year's hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
Proven experience in technical design and leading BE/FE teams.
Robust ownership mindset with a focus on delivery.
Positive communication skills for client-facing demos.
Fintech / NBFC / lending domain exposure is a plus.
