Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls as per the requirement.
Handle inbound calls efficiently.
Communicate clearly in the assigned regional language.
Provide accurate information over calls.
Maintain call records and update CRM systems.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
