Greet and welcome guests and visitors with genuine warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm, setting a positive tone for their experience
Manage reception desk operations, including answering phones, directing calls, and responding to inquiries with clarity and transparency
Process check-ins and check-outs (if applicable) with meticulous attention to detail and efficiency
Maintain organized records and databases,
