Role Overview

We are hiring Process Specialists with relevant experience in Order Management, Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Source-to-Fulfill (S2F), and SAP.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Order Management / Q2C / S2F activities.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
Monitor process quality and SLA adherence.
Perform quality checks and resolve process-related issues.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely resolution.
Follow defined SOPs, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Identify and support opportunities for process improvement.

Solid hands on experience on SAP.

Candidate Profile
Relevant experience in Order Management / Q2C / S2F / Quality.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work from the Pune location.
