About the Role

We are looking for an Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office administration and facility operations. The ideal candidate should have positive communication and coordination skills, along with hands-on experience in office administration.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration and facility operations.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
Manage office supplies, documentation, invoices, and related records.
Support employee requirements, events, and office arrangements.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain administrative records and ensure timely completion of routine tasks.
Use MS Excel and Microsoft Office tools for administrative activities.
Support other facility and administration requirements as assigned.

Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration .




Candidates should be willing to travel to various sites within Bangalore.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office .
Good vendor and coordination skills.
ERP exposure is preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work proactively.
