Job Opening: E-Commerce Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing brand.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across different aspects of an e-commerce business—from product listings and inventory management to social media and overall brand coordination.

Key Responsibilities E-Commerce & Product Listings
Create and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.
Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications.
Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and visually appealing.
Monitor and improve existing product listings.

Inventory & Order Coordination
Maintain and update inventory records.
Coordinate stock availability across sales channels.
Help track low-stock products and inventory requirements.
Assist with basic order and product data management.

Social Media & Brand Support
Create and schedule basic social media posts.
Coordinate product images and content for social media.
Maintain consistency in brand messaging and presentation.




Assist with basic promotional and marketing activities.

Overall Brand Operations
Support the team with day-to-day e-commerce and brand-related tasks.
Coordinate between product, inventory, content, and sales activities.
Help ensure that everything—from a recent product listing to its social media promotion—is executed smoothly.

What We're Looking For
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online product listings.
Valuable organizational and inventory management skills.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content posting.
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.
Valuable written communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, WooCommerce, Canva, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
