Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Data Analyst / Data Operations Analyst to support reporting, data analysis, and data management activities within a Risk-focused business function. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Advanced Excel, working knowledge of SQL, and hands-on experience handling large datasets. Experience with Tableau will be an added advantage.

This role requires a high degree of accuracy, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insights. The individual will play a critical role in supporting reporting, data reconciliation, data quality management, and business decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
Extract, validate, transform, and analyze data from multiple internal and external data sources.
Prepare, maintain, and enhance regular MIS reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analytical reports.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and business insights.
Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reporting outputs.
Conduct data reconciliation activities and investigate data discrepancies.




Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and provide analytical support.
Support Risk and business teams with data-driven insights for strategic and operational decision-making.
Maintain reporting documentation, process notes, standard operating procedures, and data dictionaries.
Ensure timely delivery of reports while adhering to data governance and quality standards.
Participate in process improvement and reporting automation initiatives.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to business stakeholders and clients.
