Job Description

WeShine Academy is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Admission Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling students and parents, explaining course details, and supporting the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle student and parent enquiries through calls and direct communication.
Explain courses, training programs, fees, and career opportunities.
Counsel students based on their interests and career goals.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update admission records.
Achieve assigned admission targets.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with the academic team for the smooth admission process.

Requirements




Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and positive attitude.
Good convincing and counselling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Experienced candidates can also apply.
Previous experience in admissions, counselling, telecalling, or sales is an advantage.
