We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Trainer with 12+ years of industry experience to train and mentor students in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver practical and theoretical training in Hotel Operations & Hospitality
Must have hands-on knowledge of Fidelio/Opera
Train students in Front Office, Reservations, Check-in/Check-out & Guest Relations
Provide exposure to F&B; Service and basic hotel operations
Develop students' qualified communication and guest-handling skills
Prepare training materials, activities, and practical sessions
Mentor students and prepare them for careers in hotels and hospitality

Requirements:




12+ years of experience in the Hospitality/Hotel industry
Robust practical knowledge of Fidelio
Experience in reputed hotels/properties preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Passion for training and mentoring students
Candidates with Hotel Operations/Front Office experience preferred
