Handle daily cash, card, UPI and other payment transactions.
Prepare and issue receipts, invoices and payment acknowledgements.
Collect payments from customers and ensure accurate accounting of all transactions.
Maintain daily cash book and transaction records.
Verify cash balance at the beginning and end of each working day.
Reconcile cash, card and digital payments with system records.
Deposit collections into the designated bank account as per company procedures.
Maintain proper documentation for all cash and payment transactions.
Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Service and Spare Parts departments.
Follow up on pending customer payments wherever required.
Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
Report any cash shortages, excesses or discrepancies immediately.
Ensure compliance with company cash-handling and financial procedures.
Prepare daily collection and cash reports for management.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
