About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Creator cum Designer who can bring ideas to life through visually engaging social media content.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, understand current social media trends, and be comfortable creating both static and short-form video content.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging social media creatives, posts, stories, banners and campaigns.
Develop Reels, short-form videos, motion-based content and social media animations.
Conceptualise creative ideas based on client briefs and campaign objectives.
Adapt designs according to different social media platforms and formats.
Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media trends.
Work on multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Collaborate with the creative, content and account teams.
Participate in brainstorming and contribute fresh creative ideas.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, InDesign or similar design tools.
Valuable understanding of social media design and visual communication.
Good understanding of typography, colour, composition and branding.




Ability to convert ideas/briefs into compelling visual content.
Positive communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Candidates with a strong portfolio/showreel will be preferred.

Qualification
Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design/social media content creation.
