Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Officer to join our sales team. The role involves field visits, customer interaction, lead generation, new customer acquisition, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to meet potential and existing customers.
Generate recent leads and convert them into customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Explain products/services to customers and handle their queries.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely sales closure.
Maintain records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.




Track market activities and identify potential customers.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer service.
Submit regular sales and field activity reports.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with regular field visits.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
