Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to closure.
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, professional networks, and other creative channels.
Hire for roles including General Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Accountant, Office Administrator, Social Media Marketing, Trainers, and other skilled positions.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess communication, experience, attitude, availability, and suitability.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers, and candidate movement through the hiring process.
Maintain and manage candidate pipelines using ATS/recruitment platforms such as ZipRecruiter, CareerPlug, or similar systems.
Build robust candidate relationships and provide a professional candidate experience.
Demonstrate a robust understanding of US culture, workplace practices,



and hiring processes.

What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in US recruitment/talent acquisition.
Strong sourcing and candidate-hunting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Confident and professional interaction with US candidates.
Working knowledge of ATS and recruitment platforms.
Proactive, resourceful, and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
US Recruiter: 2 years (Required)

Shift availability:
Night Shift (Required)
