Conduct physiotherapy assessment and evaluate patients' physical conditions and functional limitations.
Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient needs and physician recommendations.
Provide appropriate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other physiotherapy interventions.
Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
Provide physiotherapy care for inpatients, outpatients, ICU/critical care patients, post-operative and orthopedic cases, as applicable.
Support rehabilitation of patients following surgery, injury, stroke, neurological conditions, and other medical conditions.
Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, posture, mobility, precautions, and home-care programs.
Monitor patient response to treatment and modify the treatment plan when required.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment provided,



patient progress, and discharge recommendations.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare specialists regarding patient rehabilitation.
Follow infection prevention and control practices, patient safety procedures, and hospital protocols.
Ensure proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.
Report any deterioration in the patient's condition or treatment-related concerns to the concerned physician/senior.
Participate in departmental meetings, training programs, quality initiatives, and NABH-related activities.
Maintain skilled confidentiality and adhere to the hospital's code of conduct and policies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
