n

 Minimum 10+ years of IT/business consulting experience, including 2 or more successful

n

Oracle CPQ Cloud (BigMachines) implementation or transformation projects.

n

 Strong functional understanding of Oracle CPQ Cloud capabilities across product

n

configuration, pricing, discounting, quoting, approvals, document generation, renewals,

n

amendments, and order handoff processes.

n

 Act as the functional liaison between business stakeholders, sales operations,

n

product/pricing teams, IT teams, and offshore delivery teams to translate business needs

n

into clear CPQ requirements.

n

 Lead requirements workshops, discovery sessions, fit-gap analysis, process walkthroughs,

n

and conference room pilots for Oracle CPQ and Quote-to-Cash transformation initiatives.

n

 Document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process flows,

n

acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices aligned to Oracle CPQ capabilities.

n

 Analyze current-state and future-state Quote-to-Cash processes, including lead-to-quote,

n

quote-to-order, pricing governance, approval workflows, asset-based ordering, renewals,

n

amendments, and contract-related flows.

n

 Provide functional guidance on CPQ product model design, configuration rules, pricing

n

rules, quote layouts, approval processes, document outputs, and user experience from a

n

business process perspective.

n

 Work closely with technical leads and developers to ensure CPQ configurations and

n

customizations align with approved business requirements and functional design.

n





 Support integration discussions with Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Fusion, ERP,

n

CRM, and other downstream systems by defining business data flows, functional

n

touchpoints, and validation rules.

n

 Facilitate business review and sign-off for functional design documents, solution

n

walkthroughs, test scenarios, and key CPQ deliverables.

n

 Positive knowledge on amendment, renewal, perpetual to term conversion process

n

 Prepare and support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and business validation by defining test

n

scenarios, reviewing test scripts, supporting defect triage, and ensuring traceability to

n

requirements.

n

 Support user training, super-user enablement, SOP documentation, adoption readiness,

n

and post-go-live functional support.

n

 Analyze change requests, assess functional impact, support prioritization, and provide

n

inputs for effort estimation and release planning.

n

 Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams, manage assigned deliverables, and ensure timely

n

closure of functional clarifications, open items, and business decisions.

n

 Prepare and deliver business-facing demonstrations, presentations, process walkthroughs,

n





and solution validation sessions for client stakeholders and leadership.

n

 Must have strong communication, analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management

n

skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.

n

n

 Should be open to learning other CPQ platforms and applying Quote-to-Cash domain

n

expertise across different CPQ implementations as needed.

n

 Must be self-motivated, structured, and capable of independently owning functional

n

deliverables across the project lifecycle.

n

Desired Skills

n

 Functional experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations across configuration, pricing,

n

quoting, approvals, document generation, renewals, amendments, and asset-based

n

ordering.

n

 Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Order, pricing

n

governance, discounting, commercial approvals, and sales operations processes.

n

 Experience preparing functional specification documents, business process flows, user

n

stories, UAT test cases, traceability matrices, training materials, and SOP documents.

n

 Experience working with Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Fusion, Oracle E-Business

n

Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM/ERP ecosystems from a functional integration

n

perspective.

n

 Exposure to Agile delivery, backlog grooming, sprint planning, defect triage, business

n

validation, and release readiness activities.

n

 Oracle CPQ Cloud certification or relevant business analyst / functional consulting

n

certification is preferred.
