Location: Ahmedabad, India – Office-based

✈️ Travel: Up to 50%

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in EB-5 projects

About the Role

n

We are looking for an experienced EB-5 Consultant & Project Coordinator who can take ownership of EB-5 project origination, due diligence, legal coordination, and project management.

n

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the EB-5 program, USCIS regulations, Regional Center operations, and the immigrant investor lifecycle, along with an established network of U.S.-based developers and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Project Origination & Due Diligence

n

n
- Identify and source new EB-5 investment projects.
n
- Build and maintain relationships with U.S.-based developers and financial stakeholders.
n
- Conduct due diligence on real estate, infrastructure, and commercial projects.
n
- Evaluate capital structures, job creation potential, developer track records, and overall project viability.
n
- Lead initial project structuring discussions and prepare project viability reports.
n
- Monitor EB-5 market trends and identify potential TEA opportunities.
n

Legal Coordination & Project Management

n

n
- Coordinate with immigration and securities attorneys, developers, economists, and internal teams.
n
- Facilitate the preparation and review of PPMs, business plans,



economic reports, and other offering documentation.
n
- Coordinate timelines and documentation for I-956F applications and investor petitions.
n
- Track project milestones, compliance requirements, and job creation metrics.
n
- Coordinate with fund administrators and legal teams to ensure proper deployment of investor capital.
n
- Identify and resolve project-related compliance and documentation issues.
n

What We’re Looking For:

n

n
- 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically in the EB-5 industry.
n
- Strong understanding of USCIS EB-5 regulations and Regional Center operations.
n
- Experience across the EB-5 project and investor lifecycle.
n
- Proven ability to source and evaluate EB-5 projects.
n
- Strong network with U.S.-based developers, project sponsors, attorneys, or financial stakeholders.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
n
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
n
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
n
- Advanced degree or specialized legal/EB-5 training will be an advantage.
n
- Willingness to travel across India and internationally, up to 50% of the time.
n
