The Centre Manager is responsible for driving the sales performance of the Bangalore centre by coaching Design Consultants, owning the sales pipeline, and supporting the team in closing. Mentor and support Design Consultants throughout the sales cycle.
Conduct regular sales reviews and monitor individual performance.
Resolve customer escalations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Track competitor activities and recommend improvements to sales strategies.
Coordinate with Design and Execution teams for smooth project handovers.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Excellent relationship-building and communication.
Team coaching and leadership ability.
Basic proficiency in Google Workspace.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
~4+ years of experience in interior sales or a related industry.
~ Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Manager, Closing Manager, or Team Lead with revenue responsibility.
Tuesday to Sunday (6 days a week)
Work from Office
Local travel within Bangalore for client meetings and site visits as required.
