We are looking for experienced Data Modelers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling to support operational, analytical, reporting, AI/ML, regulatory, and business decision-making needs, with domain expertise across Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Understand business processes, KPIs, regulatory requirements, and analytical use cases.
n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify entities, attributes, relationships, hierarchies, and business rules.
n
- Translate business requirements into conceptual and logical data structures.
n
- Design and maintain Conceptual (CDM), Logical (LDM), and Physical (PDM) Data Models.
n
- Build normalized (3NF) operational models and dimensional models (Star/Snowflake) for analytical environments.
n
- Design canonical enterprise models, domain-specific models, and Fact-Dimension architecture.
n
- Develop data models supporting Data Products, MDM, AI/ML, and Regulatory Reporting initiatives.
n




- Align models with enterprise data governance policies and maintain business/technical metadata and lineage.
n
- Support modernization, cloud migration programs, and performance/scalability optimisation.
n

Mandatory Skills

n

n
- Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modeling; ER Modeling; Dimensional Modeling; Data Vault; Canonical Modeling
n
- Data Modeling Tools — Erwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, Sparx EA, or Oracle Data Modeler
n
- Data Warehouse Architecture, Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Mart Design, ETL/ELT Concepts
n
- Advanced SQL, Data Profiling, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Source-to-Target Mapping
n
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills
n
- Domain expertise in Banking, Insurance, or Capital Markets
n

- DAMA CDMP, Data Vault 2.0, TOGAF, erwin/ER-Studio Certification
n
- Cloud Data Modeling certifications from hyperscalers
n
- Regulatory and compliance awareness (AML/KYC, Risk & Compliance)

- Data Quality Management and MDM experience
