Position: Safety Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Safety Engineer to develop, implement, and monitor workplace health and safety policies at project sites. The candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct inspections, identify hazards, and promote a secure working setting for all employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement site safety plans and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Monitor usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at site.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety trainings, and awareness programs.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
Coordinate with project/site teams to maintain safety standards.
Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation.
Ensure emergency preparedness and fire safety measures are in place.




Recommend corrective and preventive actions for unsafe conditions.

Required Qualifications
Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Safety Engineering, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Safety, or related field.
Certification in Industrial Safety/NEBOSH/IOSH preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in construction/industrial projects.
Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
Positive communication and reporting skills.
Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
