Job Title: CRO (Customer Relationship Officer)

Experience: 1 - 2 years

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using assigned leads and databases.
Present and explain courses/services, emphasizing key advantages and value.
Understand customer requirements, address queries, and handle objections effectively.
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads to drive enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM.
Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless enrollment and onboarding process.

Skills
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
Robust communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
Basic sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) and basic English proficiency.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and follow-up management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
