Job Description – Architect

Position: Architect
Department: Architecture / Design
Experience: 2 Years
Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings and layouts as per project requirements.
Work on AutoCAD plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Assist senior architects in design development and project execution.
Prepare 3D models and basic renders using SketchUp or similar software.
Coordinate with the site team and make necessary drawing revisions.
Take site measurements and prepare drawings accordingly.
Assist in material selection, design details, and presentations.
Prepare working drawings and documentation for construction.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors when required.
Ensure drawings and designs are accurate and completed on time.

Required Skills




Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD.
Knowledge of SketchUp / 3D software is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop and MS Office.
Positive understanding of architectural planning and construction.
Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Qualification
B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or equivalent qualification.

Pay: ₹25,935.10 - ₹35,204.69 per month

Experience:
AutoCAD: 2 years (Preferred)
3D software: 2 years (Preferred)
Sketchup: 2 years (Preferred)
