Job OverviewThe Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services required by the organization. The role ensures timely availability of required items at optimal cost and quality while maintaining solid supplier relationships and adhering to company procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery capabilities.
Develop and maintain robust vendor relationships.
Conduct vendor assessments and performance evaluations.
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, credit terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
Track order status and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
Maintain purchase records, price lists, and supplier databases.




Maintain accurate documentation for purchase orders, contracts, and supplier details.

Skills
Robust negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations
Good understanding of market trends and vendor management
Proficiency in MS Excel
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
