We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and improve our online advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities
Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other platforms.
Plan and run paid advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and daily budgets.
Optimize campaigns to get better leads, sales, and ROI.
Create and test different ads, audiences, and strategies.
Track significant metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Work with the design and content teams to create effective ad creatives.
Monitor competitors and identify new marketing opportunities.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements




2–3 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work with targets and budgets.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
