Roles & Responsibility
Lead the design and continuous optimization of logistics and transportation networks to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support scalable growth.
Build and scale hyperlocal logistics capabilities to support rapid delivery models and improve last-mile performance.
Identify, onboard, and manage logistics partners, especially those offering cutting-edge or technology-driven hyperlocal solutions.
Analyse performance trends and pre-empt potential risks through proactive problem solving and process improvement.
Optimize service network and delivery models to achieve cost,



TAT and Customer Experience objectives.
Lead digital transformation initiatives using BI tools and data analytics to drive operational decisions.
Resolve escalations and mitigate potential service breach cases efficiently and effectively.
Measure partner performance on continuous basis and take timely decisions to improve performance/reduce cost.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Masters degree/diploma specializing in Ops Management preferred.
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred
