Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in incoming, in-process, and final inspection of mechanical components and assemblies. The role requires strong knowledge of engineering drawings, measuring instruments, GD&T;, and quality documentation to ensure products meet customer and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of components and assemblies.
Inspect products as per engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, Bore Gauge, and other inspection equipment.
Verify dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T; requirements.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and NCR documentation.
Identify quality issues, defects, and non-conformities, and support corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, Design, and Quality teams to resolve quality concerns.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality procedures.
Support supplier quality inspections, audits, FAT inspections, and dispatch clearance.

Required Skills
Good understanding of mechanical engineering drawings.




Knowledge of GD&T; and dimensional inspection.
Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good documentation and reporting abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2–3 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in machine manufacturing, fabrication, precision engineering, heavy engineering, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
