Job Title: Tele Caller Executive
Experience: 0 to 2 years in counseling, admissions, telecalling, customer service, or EdTech sales.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide students, fresher graduates, and working specialists regarding PrimaVersity's certifications and career development programs.
Handle inquiries, explain programs, conduct follow-ups, and assist through admission and onboarding.
Maintain accurate records and collaborate with academic, placement, and operations teams for a smooth student journey.
Achieve monthly admission goals while participating in webinars, events, and student outreach programs.
