Job Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.
Upload product images, titles, descriptions, prices, and specifications.
Optimize product listings using relevant keywords and SEO techniques.
Handle inventory updates and stock availability.
Monitor orders and coordinate with internal teams for order processing.
Manage customer queries through email and chat.
Conduct product and competitor research.
Monitor product performance and prepare basic sales reports.
Ensure product information is accurate and updated across all platforms.
Support marketplace account management and daily e-commerce operations.

Required Skills




Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce.
Knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
Basic knowledge of Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, or other marketplaces.
Positive Excel and computer skills.
Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualification

Graduate in any field with relevant E-commerce experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
