Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager – Team Lead to plan, execute, and supervise audit assignments across multiple locations. The role includes team leadership, training, client coordination, and ensuring compliance with statutory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead audit assignments and manage team execution
Plan schedules and allocate tasks
Review work and ensure compliance
Train and guide junior team members
Coordinate with clients and manage communication
Prepare audit reports and maintain documentation
Travel across Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, and Gujarat

Qualification & Experience
B.Com / CA-Inter / Articleship / MBA (Finance) preferred
5+ years of experience in audit or a CA firm
Team-handling experience is an advantage

Skills Required
Auditing, accounting, and taxation knowledge
Leadership and team-management skills
Analytical and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools
Robust communication skills
Willingness to travel

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
