About the Role

Siara Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and career-driven MBA students to join us as Management Trainee Interns. This internship offers hands-on exposure to sales and marketing operations, with a primary focus on lead generation, market research, and business development support.

This role is ideal for candidates who aspire to build a career in sales, marketing, or business development.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate potential business leads through online research and prospecting.
Build and maintain a database of qualified leads.
Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and business prospects.
Assist the Sales and Marketing teams in lead qualification and follow-up activities.
Support email campaigns and outbound lead generation initiatives.
Prepare daily and weekly lead generation reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business development activities.
Assist in promotional and marketing campaigns as required.

Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed an MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Analytics, HR, or related specialization).




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and research abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive.

Preferred Skills
Interest in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or lead generation techniques is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
