Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the Team Lead/Hiring Managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Handle email communications related to interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer coordination.
Track and maintain recruitment data, candidate records, and hiring reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and Non-IT positions.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Experience in sourcing and screening candidates for IT and Non-IT roles.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
Solid organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet hiring timelines.
Work from Office- Mandatory

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
