Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive to develop marketing activities, generate leads, build customer relationships, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Generate recent leads through online and offline marketing activities.
Conduct field marketing, promotional activities, and local outreach programs.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, corporate clients, and referral partners.
Manage social media marketing activities and coordinate with content/design teams.
Plan and execute campaigns, events, health camps, and promotional activities.
Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into clients.
Track marketing performance, leads, conversions, and monthly targets.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Prepare regular marketing reports for management.




Coordinate with sales, reception, clinical, and operations teams when required.
Identify new opportunities for business growth.

Required Skills:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate and convert leads.
Basic knowledge of digital and social media marketing.
Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities.

Salary: ₹[20,000-30000] per month + incentives, depending on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
