Job Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain MacBook systems, applications, and user accounts.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot macOS and software applications.
Handle user issues related to hardware, software, network, and system access.
Configure email, VPN, Wi-Fi, printers, and other peripherals.
Perform system updates, security patches, and regular maintenance.
Manage user permissions and access controls.
Maintain system inventory and asset records.
Troubleshoot MacBook hardware issues and coordinate with service vendors when required.
Assist with data backup, recovery, and system security.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve tickets within the required timeline.
Maintain proper documentation of system issues and resolutions.

Required Skills:




Minimum 1 year of experience in MacBook/macOS administration or IT support.
Positive knowledge of macOS troubleshooting and configuration.
Basic knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365/Google Workspace is an advantage.
Basic understanding of IT security and endpoint management.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:
Any degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
