A widely recognized organization known for executing large-scale infrastructure projects is looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join the team as CRM Executives.
Location: Calicut, Kerala
Work Type: On-site
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Experience: 2 Years Relevant Experience
Malayalam-speaking candidates from Kerala preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain robust client relationships
Manage and monitor CRM campaigns (Email, SMS & Loyalty Programs)
Maintain and update CRM databases
Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance using Excel/Tableau
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing & Customer Service teams
Handle customer inquiries and nurture leads effectively
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Positive Communication Skills
2 Years of CRM or related experience
Preferred Skills:
CRM Software & Tools
Data Analysis & Reporting
Campaign Management
Lead Nurturing Strategies
Excel / Tableau Knowledge
