Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team.

The role involves lead generation, client meetings, follow-ups, client acquisition and relationship management in the broking and financial education business.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads, conduct offline & online meetings.
Contact prospects and explain our services.
Follow up with prospects.
Convert prospects into clients.
Build and maintain good client relationships.
Assist with client onboarding and coordination.
Maintain lead and client records.
Achieve assigned business development targets.

Candidate Profile
1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Banking, Broking, Financial Services or Education.
MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with clients.




Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and willing to learn.
Basic knowledge of stock markets is an advantage.
Candidates from Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai preferred.
