Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles.
Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews
Bulk Hiring
Maintain daily interview and hiring trackers
Ensure timely joining and proper onboarding of candidates
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in recruitment within the real estate industry
Robust communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced hiring setting
Immediate joiners will be given preference
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
