We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, maintaining CRM records, following up with leads, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and leads.
Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements




Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Positive communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM software is a plus).
Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
