Job Description – Lab Technician

Department: Laboratory Operations
Designation: Associate / JSO / ESO / SSO
Shift: Rotational Shift, including Night Shift ,Day , Noon

Key Responsibilities
Receive, process, and handle patient samples as per defined SOPs.
Perform laboratory testing as per department requirements.
Ensure proper sample identification, labeling, and processing.
Operate laboratory instruments and perform basic troubleshooting.
Perform and monitor Quality Control (QC) activities.
Ensure accurate results and timely reporting within defined TAT.
Identify abnormal or discrepant results and escalate to the concerned senior.
Maintain proper documentation, records, and laboratory registers.
Follow SOPs, quality standards, biosafety,



and infection-control guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the work area.
Coordinate with other laboratory departments for smooth workflow.
Support senior team members in daily laboratory operations.

Qualification
DMLT / B.Sc. MLT / B.Sc. Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology or relevant qualification.
Relevant laboratory experience preferred; freshers can be considered for Associate/Junior levels.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
