About the Role

We are looking for skilled and passionate culinary professionals to join a premium café in Shirdi. Candidates should have hands-on experience in one or more international cuisines and be capable of maintaining high standards of food quality, taste, presentation and hygiene.

Preferred Cuisine Expertise

Candidates with experience in any of the following cuisines are encouraged to apply:
Continental
Italian
Pan-Asian
Mexican
American

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present a variety of international café dishes.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size and presentation.
Handle daily mise en place and kitchen operations efficiently.
Follow standard recipes and food preparation procedures.
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Ensure timely preparation of orders during busy service hours.
Assist in menu development and introduction of new dishes.
Monitor food quality, freshness and portion control.




Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage of ingredients.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
Support senior chefs and guide junior kitchen staff when required.

Who Can Apply?
Chef with relevant Continental / International cuisine experience
CDP (Chef de Partie) with strong hands-on experience
Commis 1 candidates with good skills and relevant cuisine exposure can also apply Candidates from premium cafés, restaurants, hotels or resorts preferred
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of international cuisine
Good food preparation and presentation skills
