Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Andheri. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience and should be well-versed in accounting processes, statutory compliance, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
Record and reconcile bank transactions, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
Prepare invoices, purchase entries, journal vouchers, and payment vouchers.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required.




Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (Mandatory).
Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
